This is a four week class that focuses on breath, rehab and connection! The class will include functional breathing, intentional movements, celebrating our strong bodies that have grown/birthed beautiful babies and creating a community of mamas for love and support.
This is a special edition of our BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series. This series is designed for any woman who is at least four weeks postpartum. The series starts with breath work and evolves into full body functional movement patterns. You will establish a core foundation, wake up your posterior chain and enhance your posture through safe, effective movements that transfer to any activity in our daily lives.
Our top three words to describe this class would be BREATH, CONNECTION and FLOW.
The class will be 60-75 minutes in length for four weeks. You will also be given movement homework to practice. Come ready to move and connect with your breath and body again. Non-mobile babies are welcome!
