At BIRTHFIT we believe you should be informed in the decisions surrounding the Motherhood Transition! We also promote maintaining a movement practice in order to train for birth and the activities required in motherhood. This is NOT about "staying lean during pregnancy" or "getting your pre-baby body back" after birth!

PRenatal Series


In four 3-hour group sessions, you and your birth partner will become educated and prepared for birth. During our time together, mom and her birth partner will explore options available to her and her baby as well as discussion specific to the Quad Cities Area. This is a comprehensive childbirth education class for mom and partner.





This four hour, one day workshop dedicates one hour to each of the four BIRTHFIT pillars. You will leave with practical information and the ability to implement the BIRTHFIT pillars into day to day life right away. This is a terrific class for women at any point in the motherhood transition, as well as birth professionals and those working closely with women in this transition.

POstpartum series:

Breath & FLow


This is a four week class that focuses on breath, rehab and connection! The class will include functional breathing, intentional movements, celebrating our strong bodies that have grown/birthed beautiful babies and creating a community of mamas for love and support.

Power hour


The Power Hour is an informative dive into each of BIRTHFIT's four pillars: fitness, nutrition, chiropractic, and mindset.

If you experience core or pelvic floor dysfunction (i.e. Diastatis Rectus Abdominus, peeing your pants during a hearty laugh or box jumps, or back pain during lifts) you will NOT want to miss this community class!  You will learn how to rehabilitate your core and pelvic floor by returning to your innate origins of functional movement.

In this eight-session group training series, you will: honor your postpartum body, establish a solid core foundation, wake up your posterior chain, join a tribe of mamas in the community and enhance your posture through safe, effective functional movements that transfer into everyday life tasks.

Mamaste grounded



Join us for a two hour movement and mediation workshop on Earth Day! The workshop will include two 15 minute grounding meditations, a 30 minute movement flow based on your innate movements, a 30 minute gentle yoga flow and 30 minutes at the end to ask questions and connect! In other words, 120 minutes well spent!

*This event is appropriate for pregnant or postpartum women, or anyone else looking to intentionally move and ground themselves in the world!
